Four fibres, one factory
Each fibre behaves differently under load, in water and in sunlight. Compare our four main fibres below. We also make PE, PP/PE blend, danline and other ropes to order, so tell us the job and we'll recommend the fibre, construction and diameter.

Orange Vision makes rope in Qingdao, Shandong, one of China's main rope-making regions and a short drive from Qingdao port. Extrusion, twisting, braiding and testing all happen in-house. Because we control each step, we can hold diameter tolerance and break load batch after batch.

Buyer questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 500 kg per item for stock colours and constructions. Custom colours or private-label packing start from 1 ton. Mixed items can share one container.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you pay the courier. Custom samples are charged and the fee is refunded on your first order.
How long is production?
Usually 15–30 days after deposit for one 20GP container. Urgent orders of stock items can ship sooner.
Which port do you ship from?
Any port in China. Most orders leave from Qingdao, close to our factory, but we can deliver to Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin or your forwarder's warehouse.
Can you supply certified rope?
Yes. Tell us the certificate you need (ISO, CE, ABS, CCS, BV, DNV or an SGS test report) and we will arrange it with your order.
PP, nylon, polyester or HMPE: which should I choose?
PP is the economical choice and floats. Nylon stretches the most, so it absorbs shock loads in anchor and towing lines. Polyester keeps its strength when wet and stretches little, so it suits mooring and winch work. HMPE is the strongest by weight and floats, and replaces steel wire. Send us the job and the load, and we'll quote each option.
